Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GRAZE, a free browser game operated by Graze Games ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them.

1.Acceptance

By accessing or playing GRAZE you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

2.The service

GRAZE is a free arcade game offering single-player and online multiplayer. We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use GRAZE, especially to sign in with an account.

4.Accounts

Signing in (via Google) is optional and lets you save stats and appear on leaderboards. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You can stop using your account at any time and request its deletion (see Contact).

5.Fair play & acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots/automation, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores or leaderboards;
• Attack, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the game or its servers;
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the game except as permitted by law;
• Use offensive, misleading, or infringing display names, or harass other players;
• Use GRAZE for anything unlawful.

6.Suspension & termination

We may remove scores, reset leaderboards, or suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaks these Terms or abuses the game — with or without notice.

7.Intellectual property

The GRAZE game, name, and its design and assets are owned by Graze Games. You may play the game, but you may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative versions of it without permission.

8.Disclaimers

GRAZE is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graze Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) GRAZE. GRAZE is a free service.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the game evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable EU law.
